Thank You and Goodbye

After many years of working with food, beverage, and CPG manufacturers on supply chain, operations, demand planning, and scaling, I have decided to retire from consulting.

To every client who trusted KleinPack with their business: thank you. You let me sit in the middle of real problems—forecasts that did not match the plant, co-man relationships that needed structure, S&OP processes that existed only on a slide, inventory that was either too thin or too heavy. You gave me access to your people, your data, and your constraints. That trust is the part of this work I will remember most.

I am proud of the work we did together. The best outcomes were never flashy. They were clearer plans, fewer surprises, better handoffs between commercial and operations, and teams that could run the process after I left. That was always the goal.
